These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the Federal Arbitration Act. Any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms, your use of amconcrete-metalbuildings.com, or any call, AI voice interaction, or text message (including any TCPA or Texas Business & Commerce Code claim) shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules in Parker County, Texas. YOU AND AM CONCRETE & METAL BUILDING QUOTES WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
